《幽暗的现代性（梁启超的思想世界1896-1906）》一书提出了在过渡时代总体性问题中考察梁启超思想的内在理路的新的研究视角。书中从百年梁启超思想研究综述开始，以梁启超思想内部的中国意识为脉络，完整梳理了梁启超的国家话语及其思想体系。同时，从整个现代性的过渡时期比较中，呈现出梁启超的思想带有深刻的幽暗意识，其试图超越一元论与主知主义的儒家乌托邦传统，在过渡时代为中国提出了谨慎、理性、保守、求真重于求理的现代性道路。

《领袖与经济增长/诺贝尔经济学奖获得者丛书》中，多位前任政策制定者和实践者反思了领袖的才能在经济增长中究竟扮演怎样的角色。《领袖与经济增长/诺贝尔经济学奖获得者丛书》引用了许多领袖通过正确的决策极大促进并保持当地经济长期发展的例子，毫无疑问，作者确实同意：领袖很重要。尽管实践者强调领袖在经济发展中的重要角色，但是社会科学在衡量领袖对经济发展的作用方面的研究进展缓慢，也未能及时将领导力引入经济发展模型中。《领袖与经济增长/诺贝尔经济学奖获得者丛书》不是通过某种方式来衡量领导力并进行建模，从而回避内生性问题的孤立研究，相反地，《领袖与经济增长/诺贝尔经济学奖获得者丛书》涵盖了国家、制度和政策制订各个方面，以说明领袖的决策如何影响经济增长和发展。

汉传佛教对西夏佛教的发展和兴盛影响深远。西夏先后六次从宋朝求得《大藏经》并译成番文本。形成于隋唐时期的禅宗、净土宗、华严宗、天台宗等佛教宗派在西夏境内并存，这些宗派为印度佛教所无，是佛教完成中国化进程的重要标志。此外，形成于中原的观音信仰、弥勒信仰、地藏信仰及儒家孝悌思想也十分流行。西夏佛教文化中融合了较多汉文化因素，佛教信徒娴熟驾驭汉语文，中原佛教典籍常用术语也被广泛吸收。传统史料和考古资料表明，早期西夏佛教如同回鹘佛教一样，也是汉传佛教在西夏地区的翻版，是汉文化影响西夏民族文化的范例。尽管中原王朝与西夏政权间长期存在敌对关系，但战争并没有割断各民族间的文化联系。

本书的写作，初意在于修订《利率论》。而对于利率论中，读者提出的问题和质疑，都在本书中作了修正和解释。此外，费雪在这本书中，提出了重要的现金交易数量说，奠定了其传统货币数量学说的理论根基。同时，本书还对利息和利率问题进行了深入的比较和研究。在这部著作中，他第一次将数学分析——川流图表分析引入了正文，打破了传统经济学著作，只把数学模型放在附录中的做法，使得整篇著作严禁完整。

本书为作者的博士论文成书。全书分六个章节，比较系统地对中国人学日语时使用す、る等条件句时存在的困惑、疑问以及不确定性等进行了分析，并通过数据采集、案例分析等方法，对日语的条件句进行了较详细的阐释，同时提出了具有建设性的指导建议。本书共有6个章节，采用文献研读、数据采集、案例分析、访谈等方式方法，对中国人在日语学习中对一些条件表现句的学习，以及在使用过程中出现的困惑、不准确性等进行了客观阐述、分析和探讨，并有针对性地提出了具有指导性的建议。

本教材基于通识教育英文阅读课程，融合多种教育内涵，包括12个单元，每个单元主要包括三个模块：阅读理论与策略解读、同步阅读实践、阅读与欣赏。“英语创意阅读”这门课程由学生综合素质课程历经十年建设发展而逐步完善，实践性强，本教材的编写层次分明，重点突出，该书的使用有助于帮助培养学生有效思考、交流思想、正确判断和价值辨别等能力。
