Monkey King Chinese （preschool edition） is a set of textbooks compiled for children in English-speaking countries to learn Chinese. It consists of 12 lessons in two volumes with a total vocabulary of 72 words. The textbook （including a CD） is accompanied with one book of word cards.

Sun Wukong， the Handsome Monkeng kings， is the hero of the Chinese literary classic Journey to the West （Wu Cheng'en， the Ming Dynasty）.This novel was based on a true story of a famous Chinese monk，Xuan Zang（602-664）.After years of trial and tribulations，he travele on foot to what is today India，the birthplace of Buddhism，to seek for the Sutre，the Buddhist holy book.Finally he got the sutras and returned to China，or the Great Tang as was called at that time .Hranslated the sutras into Chinese，thus making contribution to the development of Buddhism in China.In this novel，Buddha arranged for a monkey to become the monk's disciple and escort him，to ensure that he makes it to the west to get the sutras.The monkey called Sun Wukong，made the adventurous journey with Tangseng（the master），the other two disciples-Zhubajie（the pig-man）and Shaheshang（the monk）and Baliongma（the horse）.

《汉语口语速成》是为短期来华留学生编写的、以培养学生口语交际技能为主的一套系列课本。全套课本共分五册，分别适应具有“汉语水平等级标准”中初中高三级五个水平的留学生的短期学习需求。编写这样一套系列课本主要基於以下几点考虑：1．短期来华留学生具有多水平、多等级的特点，仅仅按初、中、高三个程度编写教材不能完全满足学生的学习需求和短期教学的需求，细化教学内容、细分教材等级，并且使教材形成纵向系列和横向阶段的有机结合，才能使教材具有更强的适应性和针对性。2．短期教学的短期特点和时间的高度集中的特点，要求我们在教学上要有所侧重，在内容上要有所取舍，不必面面俱到，所以短期教学的重点并不是语言知识的系统把握和全面了解，而是要注重听说交际技能的训练。这套课本就是围绕这一目的进行编写的。3．短期教学要充分考虑到教学的实用性和时效性，要优选与学生的日常生活、学习、交际等方面的活动有直接联系的话题、功能和语言要素进行教学，并且要尽量地使学生在每一个单位教学时间里都能及时地看到自己的学习效果。因此，我们试图吸收任务教学法的一些经验，力求每一课书都能让学生掌握并应用一项或几项交际项目，学会交际中所应使用的基本的话语和规则，最终能够顺利地完成交际活动。4．教材应当把教师在教学中的一些好经验、好方法充分体现出来。在提供出一系列学习和操练内容的同时，还应当在教学思路、教学技巧上给使用者以启示。叁与这套教材编写的人员都是有多年教学经验、并且在教学上有所创新的青年教师，他们中的多人都曾获过校内外的多个教学奖项，我们希望这套教材能够反映他们在课堂教学方面的一些想法，与同行进行交流。5．编写此套教材时，我们力求在语料选取、练习形式等方面有所突破。尽量选取和加工真实语料，增加交际性练习内容，使用图片、实物图示等手段丰富教材信息、增加交际实感，体现真实、生动、活泼的特点。《汉语口语速成》系列课本包括入门篇、基础篇、提高篇、中级篇、高级篇五本。

《初级标准华语（第2册）》是一套为印度尼西亚成人学习华语而编写的系列教材。本教材全四册，共四十课，每册十课，若每周教学时间为三学时，可使用三个月。以话题为明线，以语法结构为暗线，以实用练习为强有力的保障，并特别根据印尼学生学习语法的特殊性作了有针对性的安排，从而帮助学习者尽快掌握规范、自然、得体的语言表达，并能够实现有效的交际。本书作为国别教材，针对性和实用性十分突出。考虑到印尼华人众多，且大多具有华语文化背景这一社会特点，编者大胆选用学习者非常熟悉的生活环境作为情景，同时巧妙加入目的语文化背景，使学生在学习语言的同时，也可以了解到中印尼文化的差异。这既符合学习者的要求，又增加了教材的趣味性。
