作者简介
何友教授,博士生导师,中国工程院院士,中共“十七大”代表,第十二届全国政协委员,中国人工智能和指挥与控制学会副理事长、中国航空学会名誉副理事长,全国优秀教师。获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖4项,获国家教学成果一、二等奖各1项,获省部级一等奖11项,授权中国发明专利和软件著作权60余项。获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文,在IEEE会刊等发表重要论文260余篇,出版专著6部。先后入选国家百千万人才工程,荣获何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖、中国科协“求是”工程奖、全国留学回国人员成就奖、山东省科学技术最高奖等。研究领域包括信号检测、信息融合、智能技术与应用等。关键教授,博士生导师。发表学术论文被三大检索收录100余篇,出版专著3部,授权国家发明专利30余项;获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖1项,省部级科学技术奖一等奖4项;获中国科协“求是”工程奖、全国优秀博士学位论文奖;“国家百千万人才工程”国家级人选,省部级科技领军人才,山东省“泰山学者”特聘教授。研究领域包括雷达目标检测跟踪与识别、目标特性、海上目标探测等。黄勇副教授、硕士生导师,信息感知与融合岗位“泰山学者”团队骨干成员。首届山东省高等学校青创科技团队带头人、山东省优秀创新团队“信息融合及应用创新团队”核心成员。发表学术论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项,出版专著2部。获山东省科学技术发明奖1项,省部级科学技术进步奖一等奖1项,中国专利优秀奖1项。研究领域包括雷达信号处理、海上目标探测。简涛教授、博士生导师,中国电子学会高级会员、信号处理分会委员,中国指挥与控制学会(CICC)高级会员,学位与研究生教育发展中心评审专家。发表学术论文60余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项。获省部级科学技术奖一等奖2项、三等奖3项,CICC科学技术创新奖一等奖。入选山东省“泰山学者”青年专家、首届山东省高等学校青创科技团队带头人、山东省优秀创新团队“信息融合及应用创新团队”核心成员。研究领域包括雷达目标检测与识别等。
