作者简介
  夏学锋,博士、高级工程师,石油勘探测井技术专家,从事石油勘探行业近二十年,先后在哈萨克斯坦、阿塞拜疆、阿联酋、阿曼等国家工作,具有丰富的现场施工和管理工作经验,先后参与了“海洋石油工程装备大数据”国家工程实验室建设、国家自然科学基金项目、中国科技项目管理专业委员会建设,获得十余项石油石化行业科学技术进步奖及管理创新成果奖,参与编写了石油工业出版社出版的测井专业技术论文集、中国商务出版社出版的人力资源管理实务,被列为高等教育“十三五”规划教材,在国外电子测量技术、中国石油石化等期刊发表专业学术论文二十余篇。
