　　This regulation is formulated summarizing and integrating the experience in application of new technologies， new processes and new materials emerging in recent years in design， construction and operation of steel tubular tower structures of overhead transmission lines and incorporating the established provisions in GB 50545-2010 Code for Design of 110kV-750kV Overhead Transmission Line and DL/T 5124-2002 Technical Regulation of Design for Tower and Pole Structures of Overhead Transmission Line.
