杨德山，法学博士，中国人民大学教授、博士生导师，党史党建教研室主任。主要研究方向为中国政党学说研究、当代中国政治研究。主持多项国家级和省部级科研课题。主要论著有《中国共产党的政党学说》、《中国共产党与当代中国民主政治建设》（第一作者）等。
　　
　　赵淑梅，法学博士，任教于中国人民大学，主要从事中共党史、党的建设等方面的教学与研究。参加多项省部级科研项目。著有《加强党的执政能力建设的制度保障》等。
