作者简介
  亚当·斯密(Adam Smith,1723-1790),英国著名古典政治经济学家、哲学家、现代西方经济学之父。亚当·斯密1723年6月5日出生于苏格兰,青年时就读于牛津大学国; 1748-1751,任爱丁堡大学讲师,讲授经济学;1751-1764年,任格拉斯哥大学哲学教授,1759年出版了他的首部巨著《道德情操论》(The Theory of Moral Sentiments)。该书缔造了以“公民的幸福生活”为目标的伦理思想体系,从而确立了亚当·斯密在学术界的地位和威望。
