绿色食品标准体系是绿色食品发展理念的技术载体，是绿色食品生产和管理的技术指南，是绿色食品事业持续健康发展的技术保障。我们立足精品定位，瞄准国际先进水平，按照“安全与优质并重、先进性与实用性相结合”的原则，严格落实“从土地到餐桌”全程质量控制理念，建立了一套定位准确、结构合理、特色鲜明的标准体系，包括产地环境标准、生产技术标准、产品标准、包装贮运标准和其他标准共5个部分，对绿色食品生产的产前、产中和产后全过程各环节进行规范。截至2016年年底，农业部共发布绿色食品标准270项，现行有效的标准141项（其中，基础通用技术标准15项，产品标准126项）。这些标准的颁布实施，为指导和规范绿色食品的生产行为、质量技术检测、标志许可审查和证后监管提供了依据和准绳，为促进绿色食品事业持续健康发展发挥了不可替代的作用。

This part of GB/T25020 specifies product category， technical requirements， test methods， inspection rules， marking， delivery certificate， storage and transport of the square steel tube pole for overhead contact line system of electrified railways.This part applies to the square steel tube pole for OCS of electrified railways （hereafter abbreviated as square steel tube pole）. It can be taken as reference for the same type of square steel tube pole of OCS for urban rail transit.
