作者简介
本书提供作译者介绍Iain Richardson是苏格兰阿伯丁的Robert Gordon大学的讲师和研究者。他于1990年和1999年分别在Heiort-Watt大学和Robert Gordon大学获得了硕土和博士学位。自1993年以来,他积极从事视频压缩系统的研究工作,共发表了40多篇期刊、会议文章和两本专著。在他领导下的Robert Gordon大学的图像通信技术研究小组,是多家公司的视频压缩技术的指导专家。...
