　　作者介绍蔡英材生于香港。香港中文大学文学士，主修中英语文。后获香港城市大学翻译及传译学深造文凭，澳洲悉尼大学文学硕士学位，新南威尔斯大学应用语言学文学硕士学位。是一位法律文件翻译员。曾任香港城市大学语文学部翻译讲师。业余致力英语教学，曾任教于香港中文大学校外进修学院、浸会大学持续进修学院及明爱成人及持续教育中心。
