“学会自己长大”系列是一套关于青少年自我认知与成长的书，力求向大家展示一个全新的思考和成长体系，是北大博士为中国青少年量身打造的自助成长手册。《学会自己长大①如何成为更好的自己》分为六个部分。在前五个部分探讨与自己相关的五类问题——如何认识自己、如何看待学习、如何处理自己的情绪、如何管理自己的行为与如何设定目标面对未来；在第六个部分主要分享让自己变得更好的五个方向，每个方向都有具体的行动建议。成长就是要成为更好的自己，而自己才是一切的根源！
