有砟轨道混凝土岔枕中华人民共和国国家铁路局This standard is drafted in accordance with rules in GB/T 1. 1-2009.This standard supersedes TB/T 3080-2003 Technical Speci fications for Concrete Turnout Sleepers with the following revisions:-Requirements for the performance of concrete and related raw materials have been revised (refer to section 3. 2 herein and section 3. 1 in edition 2003).-Requirements for the performance of stirrups have been revised (refer to section 3. 2. 7 herein and section 3. 1. 8 in edition 2003).-Requirements for concrete curing have been revised (refer to section 3. 3. 3 herein and section 3. 3. 6 in edition 2003).-The load values of static load crack resistance strength and fatigue strength of turnout sleepers have been revised, and the specific values are shown in the design drawing (refer to section 3. 4. 7 herein and section 3. 4. 2 and section 3. 4. 3 in edition 2003).-Technical requirements for the durability of concrete have been added (refer to section3. 4. 3, section 3. 4. 4 and section 3. 4. 5 herein).-Technical requirements for the dimensional deviation and appearance quality of turnout sleepers have been revised and stipulated respectively according to train speed (refer tosection 3. 4. 1 herein and section 3. 4. 4 in edition 2003).-The requirements for the time interval of approval test have been revised (refer to section5. 2. 1 herein and section 5. 3. 2. 3 in edition 2003).-The measuring method for the camber of turnout sleepers has been added (refer to section 4. 11).This standard is proposed and managed by Economic and Planning Research Institute, the Ministry of Railways.This standard is drafted by Railway Engineering Research Institute of China Academy of Railway Sciences, China Railway Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway Fangshan Bridge Co., Ltd. Beijing.This standard is mainly drafted by Fan Jia, You Ruilin, Du Xianggang, Hou Wenying, Pei Aihua, Zhou Zhaochun and Cao Fengjie.The previous edition of the standard superseded by this standard is TB/T 3080-2003. -
