This incredible body of work has since been carried forward after Dr. Netter's passing by the talented Carlos Machado， MD， and others， all remarkably gifted medical illustrators， Physicians old and young have looked at these imagesume and again for the last five decades， returning to them as comfortable sources of clear and clinically succinct information. The second edition of the Endocrine System volume of the Netter Collection is designed to provide physicians at all stages of training and practice with a visual guide to the anatomy， physiology， and pathophysiology of the endocrine glands. The first edition was published in 1965. In the intervening 5 decades， there have been remarkable developments in our understanding of endocrine disorders. The text has been entirely rewritten， but most of the anatomic and clinical artwork of Frank H. Netter， MD， has stood the test of time. Since new endocrine disorders and treatment approaches have been recognized over the past 50 years， new artwork has been added in every section， including the following： current surgical approaches to remove pituitary tumors， tests used in the diagnosis of Cushing syndrome， adrenal venous sampling for primary aldosteronism， Cushing syndrome caused by primary pigmented nodular adrenocortical disease， treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus， multiple endocrine neoplasia types 1 and 2， and von Hippel-Lindau syndrome. Carlos Machado， MD， James A. Perkins， MS， MFA， Kristen Wienandt Marzejon， MS， MFA， and John Craig， MD， have contributed outstanding new plates to this edition， as well as adapted and updated existing artwork. The accompanying text serves to illuminate and expand on the concepts demonstrated in the images.The book is organized in 8 sections， which correspond to the glands and components of the endocrine system： pitLutary and hypoLhalamus， thyroid， adrenal， reproduction， pancreas， bone and calcium， lipids and nutrition， and genetics and endocrine neoplasia. In some cases， the Netter drawings are supplemented with modern diagnostic images （e.g.， computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging）. The original Netter edition and the new illustrations focus on embryology， gross anatomy， histology， physiology， pathology， clinical manifestations of disease， diagnostic modalities， and surgical and therapeutic techniques.Writing an "update" that spans 5 decades has been a daunting challenge. However， this new edition will serve to preserve and provide context for the original Netter illustrations well into the twenty-first century. This work is not a complete textbook of endocrinology， but rather it is a visual tour of the highlights of this medical discipline. 《中国方药医学》用辨证方药与辨病方药对《中药学》《方剂学》进行重新分类。上篇辨证方药以寒、热、燥、湿、气、血、阴、阳八字为纲，以表寒、里寒、表热、里热、凉燥、温燥、寒湿、热湿、气虚、气滞、血虚、血瘀、阴虚、水盛、阳虚、火旺32字为目，阐释药物方剂的主治症状或证候。本书的特点是以方剂中该药的主要作用论证药物的主治症状或主治证候，是本书的精华所在。旨在立足临床，便于掌握。下篇辨病方药依据《千金翼方》分为治疗意识障碍方药、治疗睡眠障碍方药、治疗咳嗽哮喘方药、治疗风湿疾病方药、治疗出血疾病方药、治疗头晕头痛方药、治疗癫痫抽搐方药、治疗腹泻痢疾方药、治疗目赤肿痛方药、治疗尿频失精方药、治疗瘰疬痰核方药、治疗诸虫疾病方药、治疗疮疡疾病方药等十三章，突出药物方剂主治的病名或症状性病名，淡化药物的性味，拓展临床制方遣药视野。

《阳痿论》是晚清丹阳名医韩善徵所撰，系光绪二十三年（公元1897年）手抄本，目前只有一份孤本存世。这是我国中医男科学史上第一本专病专著，学术价值非常高。吴门名医徐灵胎曾曰：阳痿一病，“其症多端，更仆难数，非专论数千言不明，容当另详”。然考之徐氏诸书，并无阳痿专论。作者对徐灵胎推崇备至，遂收集徐氏散见于各书之义，并参合诸贤之论，更参以己见，条分缕析，乃编撰成是书，以完成徐氏未尽之事业。《阳痿论》共二卷。“卷上”论总义及病因，“卷下”列医案及处方。要言不繁，颇多见地。其病因学分类：内因门、外因门、不内外因门。内因门分肾阳虚、肾阴虚、胆阳虚、肝阴虚、胃阴虚、烦劳、郁结、惊恐、痰；外因门分湿痿、暑痿；不内外因分跌扑、劳伤、阻逆。特别是揭示了阳痿“因于阳虚者少，因于阴虚者多”的发病和辨证规律，一扫前人将阳痿与阳虚等同之偏见。他认为，人之一身，阳常有余，阴常不足，从而悟出“真阳伤者固有，而真阴伤者实多。何得谓阳痿尽是真火衰乎”之结论。他无情地抨击温肾壮阳派，说：“张景岳、李士材辈，邪说迭出，皆以元阳不足为主，大谬。”这个观点，即使在当今也非常有学术价值和临床指导意义。韩氏云阴虚所致的阳痿，有肾阴虚、肝阴虚、胃阴虚、心阴虚等；而其谈及的痰痿、暑痿、瘀痿等，向为世医所忽略。《阳痿论》下卷有案有方，许多方剂现在在临床上也应用颇广，如二至丸、聚精丸、三才封髓丹、麦冬汤、黄连解毒汤、归脾汤、龙胆泻肝汤、龟鹿二仙膏等。总之，韩氏《阳痿论》虽然只有6986字（不计字符），手抄本仅57页，但有论、有案、有方，具有很高学术价值和临床推广价值，是一本难得的诊治阳痿病专著。鉴于该书涉及众多医家及其观点，有褒有贬。我们认为溯其源头，还其原貌，并结合现代医学观点，进行病因学、病理学、治疗学、方药药理学加以解释，进行评注，很有必要。
