商业银行业务与经营庄毓敏主编本教材系统介绍了现代商业银行经营管理理论,详细分析了商业银行业务运行特点,特别是90年代以来商业银行业务与经营发生的转变及对商业银行经营业绩的影响。结合中国经济体制转轨时期商业银行经营的特殊性,运用现代商业银行理论进行系统的实证分析是本教材的独特之处。所以,本书兼具理论性和实用性。本教材可作为高等院校财经各专业特别是金融学、财政学专业的选用教材,也可作为商业银行经营管理人员的学习参考用书。总序经过两年多的策划和论证,从写作、成稿到出版,中国人民大学财政金融学院“21世纪财政金融系列教材”终于与新世纪同步诞生!这是在黄达教授、陈共教授、王传纶教授、周升业教授、郎荣教授等老一辈经济学家的关心、指导下,在财政金融学院部分中青年教师的努力下,奉献给财金学子的一套全新的教科书。中国人民大学财政金融学院成立虽然只有三年,但原有的财政金融系和投资经济系早在中华人民共和国成立之初就已具有雏形,成为新中国财政、金融、投资经济学的主要教学科研基地之一,造就了一批国内外著名的经济学家,培养了大批科研、教学与管理人才,长期以来一直享有很高的社会声誉。跨入21世纪的财政金融学院,包括财政系、金融系、投资经济系、保险系和电子应用中心,并设有金融与证券研究所、财税研究所、教育保险研究所和投资研究所,为培养新世纪的经济理论与经济管理人才奠定了坚实的基础。一套高质量的教材是提高教学质量的前提之一。中国人民大学财政金融学院的前身就曾为中国财政金融学科的教材建设做出了重大贡献。新中国成立伊始,财政金融学科各教研室的年轻教师,就编写出把前苏联教材与中国自身特点相结合的第一代教材,如黄达教授主编的《资本主义国家的货币流通与信用》和《货币信用学》,财政教研室主编的《财政学讲义》以及陈共和侯梦蟾教授主编的《财政学(初稿)》等。改革开放以来,财政金融学院的教材建设出现了第二次高潮,把中国财政、金融、投资专业的教材推向新的水平。黄达教授主编的《货币银行学》,陈共教授主编的《财政学》成为全国高校财经类专业核心课教材;王传纶教授主编的《国际税收》,周升业教授主编的《对外开放下的金融运行》,陈共、侯梦蟾、袁振宇教授主编的《财政学教程》,侯梦蟾教授编著的《税收经济学导论》等,都曾获得国家级优秀教材奖,在财政金融学界引起很大反响。这些教材犹如及时雨,哺育了一大批适应社会主义市场经济需要的财金理论与管理人才。面对经济体制、财政制度和金融制度改革中所涌现出来的新问题,面对经济学的新发展,面对国内外财经教学的新挑战,中国人民大学财政金融学院的新一代教师,根据全国第三次教育工作会议对教学内容、教学方法改革所提出的具体要求,适应学科的重大调整和素质型人才的培养模式,掀起了第三次教材建设高潮。这套“21世纪财政金融系列教材”正是经过财政金融学院学术委员会和院长办公会多次论证,由中青年学术骨干组成作者队伍精心撰写的一套本科教材。这套教材在写作方法上力求规范分析与实证分析相结合,理论与实践相结合,在内容上尽量反映国内外最新研究成果,跟踪中国的经济改革实践,做到体系完整、内容丰富、实用性强。最后,谨向我们的作者表示诚挚的感谢,向中国人民大学出版社的领导、编辑人员的真诚合作表示感谢。同时,我们也希望同行专家和读者对这套教材提出宝贵意见和建议,今后我们将不断完善这套教材。安体富1999年11月15日前言20世纪以来,人类的生活方式被许多领域的重大变革所影响,银行业就是其中之一。它已由过去人们所熟悉的传统借贷业务发展到几乎无所不为的“金融百货公司”。今天,银行业还在以飞快的速度变化着。80年代中国的改革开放,使得中国的银行业开始了其巨大的变革过程。《商业银行业务与经营》一书就是试图向那些有志于从事银行业经营和管理的人们展示当今银行业的主要经营业务和它未来的发展趋势。更重要的一点是,读者不仅可以从这本教科书中看到世界银行业的过去、现在和未来,而且,对中国银行业的经营现状和发展前景也会有更深刻的了解。为此,我们在全书的每一章都对中国银行业的实际状况进行了详细、透彻的分析,使这本教材能够做到融会中西,对中国的读者具有较高的实用价值。本教材共包括14章内容,从五个方面概括了当今商业银行的业务与发展。第1章对商业银行的起源和发展、组织结构和经营原则、政府对银行业的监管等的介绍,可以帮助读者了解银行业的基本概况;第2章和第3章是银行资金来源的业务和管理,介绍了银行如何获得资金来源,它们的成本和收益如何进行比较,中国的银行业如何获取资金来源等;第4章至第11章是关于商业银行资产业务和管理的内容,涉及到现金资产管理与银行流动性需求的满足,银行如何管理和发放企业以及个人贷款,证券投资对银行的重要意义,资产负债管理怎样进行,商业银行中间业务的开展及创新,表外业务的开展及其风险管理,银行国际业务的最新内容;第12章是让读者学会看懂银行的财务报表并学会分析银行的经营业绩,它对银行的管理者和投资者都非常重要;第13章和第14章介绍了当今银行业的并购及银行业未来的发展趋势,展示了一个充满风险也充满机会、更充满挑战的未来银行业的广阔前景。本教材的作者均为中国人民大学财政金融学院金融系的教师。写作分工如下:第1章、第2章、第3章、第5章、第7章、第12章和第13章,庄毓敏;第6章、第10章、第11章第2节至第5节和第14章,涂永红;第4章和第8章,宋玮;第9章和第11章第1节,庞红。朱毅峰对全书进行了审定和指导,最后由庄毓敏负责通读定稿。本教材在写作过程中参考了国内外同行的研究成果,在此一并表示感谢。参加本教材编写的作者虽然都做出了自己的努力,但仍难免会有一些疏漏和错误之处,恳请读者批评指正。庄毓敏1999年10月于中国人民大学 -
现代几何学方法和应用B.A.Dubrovin/等In expositions of the elements of topology it is customary for homology to be given a fundamental role. Since Poincare, who laid the foundations of topology, homology theory has been regarded as the appropriate primary basis for an introduction to the methods of algebraic topology. From homotopy theory, on the other hand, only the fundamental group and covering-space theory have traditionally been included among the basic initial concepts. Essentially all elementary classical textbooks of topology (the best of which is, in the opinion of the present authors, Seifert and Threlfall's A Textbook of Topology) begin with the homology theory of one or another classof complexes. Only at a later stage (and then still from a homological point of view) do fibre-space theory and the general problem of classifying homotopy classes of maps (homotopy theory) come in for consideration. However, methods developed in investigating the topology of differentiable manifolds, and intensively elaborated from the 1930s onwards (by Whitney and others), now permit a wholesale reorganization of the standard exposition Of the fundamentals of modern topology. In this new approach, which resembles more that of classical analysis, these fundamentals turn out to consist primarily of the elementary theory of smooth manifolds, homotopy theory based on these, and smooth fibre spaces. Furthermore, over the decade of the 1970s it became clear that exactly this complex of topological ideas and methods were proving to be fundamentally applicable in various areas of modern physics.本书为英文版。 -

For our chosen topic, the arithmetic of elliptic curves, there is little need for such an apologia.Considering the vast amount of research currently being done in this area,the paucity of introductory texts is somewhat surprising. Parts of the theory are contained in various books of Lang (especially [La 3] and [La 5]); and there are books of Koblitz ([Ko]) and Robert ([Rob], now out of print) which concentrate mostly on the analytic and modular theory. In addition, survey articles have been written by Cassels ([Ca 7], really a short book) and Tate ([Ta 5]. which is beautifully written, but includes no proofs). Thus the author hopes that this volume will fill a real need, both for the serious student who wishes to learn the basic facts about the arithmetic of elliptic curves; and for the research mathematician who needs a reference source for those same basic facts.本书为英文版。 -
