为了提高500kV输电线路运维人员发现、评判和处理缺陷及隐患的业务能力，本书参照电力行业相关规程和国家电网有限公司有关制度等相关要求，结合500kV输电线路运维特点，涵盖了输电线路导线、光缆、地线、铁塔、绝缘子、金具、基础及线路走廊灯结构部分的缺陷判定和处理方法，同事配合大量图片进行说明，对500kV输电线路人员运维工作提供直接指导。

This report is one part the GEI research series. Based on the requirements of sustainable development in Oceania， it systematically studies the Oceanian Energy Interconnection. It is divided into 7 chapters. In Chapter 1， the development status of the economy， society， resources， environment， energy and power in Oceania is introduced. In Chapter 2， the challenges for sustainable development and energy transition in Oceania are analyzed， and development ideas for Oceanian Energy Interconnection are proposed. In Chapter 3， guided by achieving the 2°C global temperature control target， Oceania’s energy and power transition development trends are envisioned， with corresponding scenarios proposed. In Chapter 4， the distribution of clean energy resources and layout of major power eneration bases are analyzed. In Chapter 5， based on the analysis of the power balance， the overall layout and interconnection scheme for Oceanian Energy Interconnection are proposed. In Chapter 6， the comprehensive benefits brought by building Oceanian Energy Interconnection are assessed. In Chapter 7， the clean energy and power development path with its scenario in Oceania to achieve a targeted 1.5°C temperature control is prospected.
