变电检修：故障处理篇（中英文对照）

　　教材紧跟公司对变压器一次检修岗位人才要求的变化，需围绕变压器检修新技术、新设备、新规程，建立符合公司发展方向的培训体系、设计符合岗位能力要求的培训内容。在此基础上，结合国家、行业及公司最z新发布《国家电网公司变电运维专业五项通用制度》，通过变压器检修系列培训教材的开发，将变压器检修新技术、新规程融入新的教材体系中，统一培训效果、提高培训质量、提升变压器检修从业员工的技术技能水平，进而提升变压器检修人员岗位胜任能力。

　　项目团队由公司内部具有多年从事培训开发和培训教学的培训师及“一带一路”电力建设项目公司相关专业专家共同组成，理论知识扎实且技能精湛，实际工作和教学经验丰富，共同完成本套丛书修编、翻译、审稿相关工作。
