作者简介
徐伟新，中央党校原副校长，曾任《学习时报》社总编辑兼社长，中央党校进修部主任、培训部主任、研究生院院长、机关党委书记。中国辩证唯物主义研究会副会长，全国妇联第八、九、十届执行委员，第十一届常务委员。国务院有突出贡献专家，享受政府特殊津贴。主要著作有《落目的辉煌——17、18世纪全球变局中的“康乾盛世”》《社会动力论》《新社会动力观》《社会主义核心价值观研究》《文化新思维》《中国新常态》等。
