内容提要 机织面料是服装、家居和工业用面料中极为重要的部分。多年来,机织物成型加工的技术在不断发展,但经纱和纬纱准备及织造一块面料的基本原理总体保持不变。本书是纺织工程专业本科教学的平台课程教材之一,它由前言、经纱准备、纬纱准备和织造四个部分组成。经纱准备和纬纱准备部分分别介绍络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经、卷纬、纬纱热定型的加工原理、设备和特征;织造部分详细介绍机织物在织机上成型必需的开口、引纬、打纬、卷取和送经即五大运动的原理和特征。此外,本书还阐述了机织物成型加工技术的发展趋势。本书的特色是在阐述机织物加工设备和原理的同时,结合了大量的示意图,以帮助读者有效、准确地理解机织物成型加工的专业知识内容。本书具有较强的理论性、知识性、实用性和前沿性。本书可作为高等纺织院校纺织专业教材,也可作为纺织工程技术人员和相关领域研究人员的参考用书。
作者简介
庄勤亮 在东华大学纺织学院长期从事纺织科学与工程专业的教学科研工作,专长是机织物的成型、结构及其性能。早年毕业于东华大学纺织工程专业,数年后在英国利兹大学获得纺织工程专业的硕士和博士学位。在东华大学纺织学院教授“机织学”课程二十多年,为本科生和研究生(含留学生)开设过双语课程和全英文课程,获得上海市授予的“机织学”全英文教学示范课程的称号。于2021年获得国际知名的英国纺织协会授予的“Fellow of The Textile Institute”称号。同时,在机织物结构与性能关系的研究领域,发表了数十篇研究论文及相关的发明专利。本书是庄教授长期相关教学科研工作积累后编写的著作之一。
