现代汉语状位形容词的事件语义分析

　　本书在事件语义的框架下，对现代汉语中的形容词作状语现象进行分析。充当状语并非是现代汉语形容词的主要功能，形容词在从词库生成到入句获得状语解读的过程中，受到音韵、形态、句法、语义、语用等诸多层面的限制。本书重点研究在该过程中形容词所受到的语义限制。部分形容词在充当状语时，与句中的谓语没有直接的语义联系，因而被分析为句法和语义的错配现象。除此之外，形容词所表述的事件与和谓语所表述的事件之间的时间特征错配也是导致形容词作状语受到限制的重要原因之一。个体性谓词和阶段性谓词的区分对于形容词能否充当状语以及谓语能否接受形容词状语的修饰至关重要。个体性谓词和阶段性谓词的区分在于只有阶段性谓词才能引入事件论元。但是，这两类谓词的区分并非完全基于词汇层面，具体的语境可以导致一些表示恒久属性的个体性谓词受到事件的迫使而获得阶段性谓词的解读，因而也可构成合法的形容词状语句。
