本书为“一带一路”高等教育研究系列丛书的第5本,围绕“一带一路”高等教育质量主题,汇聚了包括中国、马来西亚、巴基斯坦、乌克兰、以色列等国在内的“一带一路”沿线相关各国高等教育的研究。本书作者发起成立 “一带一路”高等教育研究国际课题组,并组织召开4次大规模国际学术会议,“一带一路”沿线各国教育部长级官员、著名学者均有参会。本书是国际课题组在前期共同搭建的理论分析框架的基础上,遵照本国实际共同撰写的著作,从人才流动视角介绍各国高等教育系统,为中国了解“一带一路”沿线国家高等教育入学政策、进一步提升国际来华留学生人才培养质量等提供了一手素材。
作者简介
刘进,男,1985年,江苏东海人。现为北京理工大学人文与社会科学学院副研究员,北京理工大学国际争端预防与解决研究院研究员。主持国家自然科学基金3项,主持其他省部级项目7项,主持其他各类课题10余项。在商务印书馆等出版社出版学术专著8部(其中英文专著2部),在《higher education》等SSCI、CSSCI期刊发表学术论文近130余篇,其中近20篇被新华文摘(网刊)全文转载。曾获北京市高等教育教学成果奖、湖北省优秀博士学位论文、湖北省挑战杯特等奖等荣誉称号。兼任“一带一路”高等教育研究国际课题组组长(21国参与),组织召开4届“一带一路”高等教育国际会议。曾在中央组织部、北京市委借调,曾任海南省昌江县副县长(挂职)。
