为实现“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标,推动能源高质量发展,构建经济高效的区域级综合能源系统是有效的途径。国网山东省电力公司经济技术研究院开展了区域级综合能源系统规划与评估的相关研究,组织编写了本书,旨在为推动区域级综合能源系统的建设落地提供参考。 本书共五章,分别是区域级综合能源系统综述、区域级综合能源系统规划应用场景及供需特性、区域级综合能源系统规划关键技术、区域级综合能源系统多维度能效评估关键技术、国内典型区域级综合能源系统建设案例分析。并附有综合能源设备特性表。
作者简介
国网山东省电力公司经济技术研究院成立于2012年4月9日,是省公司电网发展和公司发展支撑单位,目前具备工程咨询、工程设计“双甲”资质,设有4个职能部室、3个中心和1个子公司。主要负责全省电网规划和工程设计技术归口管理;负责全省电网发展总体规划和专项规划的研究与编制;负责220~500千伏电网规划的研究和编制;负责35千伏及以下电网规划评审,指导市经研所具体编制110千伏及以下电网规划并纳入全省电网发展规划和专项规划;负责牵头开展省内220~500千伏电网项目可研、电力设施迁改方案编制;负责110~220千伏电网项目可研、电力设施迁改方案、电源接入系统方案评审;承担所辖35~220千伏(规模以下)电网项目初设评审和结算审核;负责省公司资本类、成本类项目的技经业务支撑;负责电网建设项目的工程质量监督,负责定额站、质监中心站日常管理;主要承接220千伏及以上电网项目设计;负责大修技改、营销、信息通信、小型基建等项目造价咨询和可研初设评审工作。
