《中国旅游住宿业发展报告2020》指出,旅游住宿业今年遭遇到有史以来最严峻的考验,新冠疫情引致住宿业发生一系列变化:一是住宿业市场结构剧变;二是导致旅行方式重构;三是需求变化倒逼住宿业供给侧变革;四是产业格局重塑,产业集中度上升;五是住宿行业业绩短期承压;六是住宿业投资受到抑制,呈现负增长。在“双循环”经济格局下,住宿业未来几年将呈现以下趋势:一是本土品牌崛起,国际品牌本土化加速;二是各类新技术在住宿业的应用将会更为广泛,特别是数字技术应用将会加速;三是酒店向生活性服务业领域延伸,实施跨界融合发展;四是酒店集团将注重住宿创新实验室发展,使得决策更高科学更理性;五是住宿业头部效应将会进一步凸显,产业集中度进一步提升。六是酒店集团在规模扩张的同时更加注重高质量发展,塑造具有国际竞争力的品牌。当前我国仍处于重要战略机遇期,住宿业将面临中美“脱钩”和新冠疫情的双重风险叠加影响,在即将开启的“十四五”经济时期,旅游住宿业发展要做好以下几个方面:一是聚力国内消费主战场,战略布局国际住宿市场。二是讲好中国故事,塑造世界一流品牌。三是继续推进住宿业数字化转型,同时推动数字产业化。四是发挥好资本市场价值,助力住宿业高质量发展。五是要重视企业家的价值,弘扬企业家精神,培育大型旅游住宿企业集团。六是修订规则和标准,推进住宿业的标准化、品牌化建设。
作者简介
中国旅游研究院(文化和旅游部数据中心)成立于2008年,由中华人民共和国国家旅游局党组研究决定成立,为中华人民共和国文化和旅游部直属的专业研究机构。 中国旅游研究院重点开展旅游业发展基础理论、政策和重点、热点问题的研究,参与旅游业发展规划的研究、编制和论证,为地方报审的旅游业发展规划审查提供相关技术支持,承担旅游统计数据的收集整理与分析预测,旅游统计科学的研究及国际旅游统计的交流与合作,开展旅游领域高层次人才培养和国际国内学术交流工作。
