本书稿由上海中国航海博物馆提供，为“广域万象：人类航海的纬度与面向”国际学术研讨会的会议论文集。收录有15篇学术论文。文集围绕海上交流展开，时间上从从宋代直至近代，空间上从中国近海直到远洋地区。论文主题既有历史地理方面的文献考证，也有沉船考古的资料研究，还有近代舟船、船模研究，展示了人类航海活动的多个维度和面向。
作者简介
中国航海博物馆（China Maritime Museum）是我国首*经国务院批准设立的国*级航海博物馆，是由国家交通运输部、中国人民解放军海军、国家文物局和上海市人民政府共同支持建设的中国唯*的国*级航海博物馆。位于上海浦东临港新城。2006年1月20日在临港新城滴水湖举行中国航海博物馆工程开工奠基仪式，2010年7月5日全面建成开放。
