作者简介
吴震宇，男，四川成都人。中国政法大学法学学士，民商法硕士，法国蒙彼利埃大学法学博士。获得中国法律执业资格证书，美国纽约州律师资格。现在四川大学法学院工作，主要研究方向为民商法。
