作者简介
姜作利,男,生于1956年2月,山东蓬莱人,山东大学法学院教授,法学博士,博士研究生导师。任联合国国际贸易法委员会(UNCITRAL)专家、WTO争端解决机构专家小组(Panel)专家、世界知识产权组织(WIPO)专家、教育部双语示范课程专家、司法部项目评审专家、山东省调解委员会调解员及山东济南市国际贸易法学会副会长等。意大利罗马大学法学院访问学者(1995~1998年),巴斯大学访问学者(2004~2005年)。曾多次应联合国、WTO总部、世界知识产权组织邀请参会和演讲。曾赴美国、英国、加拿大、瑞典、瑞士、意大利、荷兰、奥地利、前南斯拉夫、日本及韩国等国家的高校参会和讲学。精通英语、意大利语、法语、拉丁语等多门外语,使用英语讲授国际商法近30年,承担教育部的双语示范课程,积累了较丰富的使用英语讲授法律的经验。在(Journal of International Economic Law, Oxford University Press)、(Tsinghua China Law Review)、(China and WTO Law Review)、《现代法学》、《当代法学》、《比较法研究》、《政治与法律》、《法学论坛》、《国际经济法学刊》及《国际贸易问题》等刊物发表中英文论文近百篇。出版著作和教材多部。主持完成国家社科、教育部、司法部、山东社科及山东大学等重大及一般科研项目多项。
