  《发光离子掺杂多孔材料光学特性的研究(英文版)》研究了活性中心掺杂多孔材料的发光特性。一部分研究铋掺杂的氧化多孔硅薄膜的发光特性。研究结果表明,硅氧化为二氧化硅是激活Bi-NIR活性中心氧化多孔硅的必要条件。另一方面,研究了不同退火温度和不同气氛下掺杂Bi的多孔二氧化硅薄膜的PL特性,发现近红外线发光强烈地依赖于退货气氛和温度。第二部分研究了沸石中银团簇/离子对稀土离子的光敏化作用。通过在沸石笼中同时掺杂铕和银,实现了银团簇/离子对三价铕离子的光敏化。
