影响力评价与政策建议2013-2017（英文版）

　　本书为纯英文版，是2013-2017年中国智库报告合集，反映上海社会科学院智库研究中心对中国智库发展的持续观察、研究与思考。本书立足中国智库发展实践，通过调查问卷和实地调研走访，全方位地呈现中国特色新型智库发展进程；通过构建富有中国特色的智库评价体系，对中国智库的影响力做出年度排名与评价；通过探索中国智库发展中的难点与痛点，为加快推进中国特色新型智库建设提供具有前瞻性与操作性的对策建议。

　　上海社会科学院智库研究中心，成立于2009年，国内第1家专门开展智库研究的学术机构，首开中国智库排名研究之先河。自2014年以来，连续五年发布《中国智库报告——影响力排名与政策建议》，2017年6月，《2016年中国智库报告》（英文版）在英国伦敦发布，《人民日报·海外版》撰文指出这是在海外发布的第一本中国智库报告。中心直属上海社会科学院，是院国家高端智库建设的一个重要平台，着力于“智库研究”与“智库产品转化”，主要产品有：中国智库报告、上海新智库专报、上海全球智库论坛、全球智库研究动态、新智库论坛等。中心旨在立足中国特色新型智库建设的实践探索，积极借鉴国内外智库发展经验，聚焦前沿性、前瞻性和重大战略性问题，积极打造智库研究和评价平台，努力成为“智库的智库”，为引导和推进中国特色新型智库建设服务。
