　　This Specification specifies the technical requirements for excavation， reinforcement， protection， drainage and monitoring in the construction of hydropower projects， as well as requirements for quality and acceptance criteria and safety control.This Specification is applicable to slope construction of medium-or Large-sized hydropower projects. This Specification may be referenced for slope construction of other projects.
