信度检验和相关检验结果显示,该写作测试任务既适用于测试不同层次的学生,也适用于大规模的课堂写作能力测试。本研究还对学生在读写结合写作任务和独立写作任务中的作文进行了对比分析,包括评分员从内容、结构、语言准确性和语言复杂性几个方面给出的分数对比,也包括使用计算机软件提取的语言复杂性和流利性相关数据的对比。对比分析结果与问卷调查结果基本一致,阅读材料对写作有一定的促进作用,学生在读写结合写作测试任务中表现更加出色。《英语写作测试效度研究》对大学英语课堂测试和大学英语学期测试中的写作任务设计具有一定的启示和参考作用。
