一带一路故事：资金融通 助力经济融合（英文）

　　金融是现代经济的核心，“一带一路”的建设离不开包括国际金融机构在内的各种金融机构的支持。目前的国际金融体系是在布雷顿森林体系崩溃后逐渐形成的，随着2008年金融危机的爆发，逐渐暴露出其存在的弊端。因此，在“一带一路”倡议实施过程中，一定要加强区域内各国政府的金融合作，推动货币互换和资本市场的合作，提高金融基础设施水平；同时，要发挥政策性金融机构的有力支撑作用，以及国际开发性多边金融机构的重要先导作用，弥补当前国际金融体系的不足，提高资金利用效率；加强各国的金融监管，降低金融风险，提高整个区域的抗风险能力，才能 *好的促进经济融合，实现共同发展。刘伟主编的《资金融通（助力经济融合）（英文版） 》分为四个部分，包括：国际金融体系的演进与不足、“一带一路”的货币与金融市场合作、政策性与开发性金融合作、金融监管合作。
