饭店服务英语

　　《饭店服务英语》由桂莉、王玉霞主编，通过对10家高星级酒店的行业调研和行业职业能力、工作任务分析得出典型工作任务，以此为根据设计教学项目，全书共分5个项目，52个任务，包括150多个情景对话，内容涉及饭店对客服务的全过程。每个单元还设有“词组和表达法”“注释”和“练习”等项目。《饭店服务英语》旨在培养学生具有较强的语言听说能力，掌握酒店服务工作的基本业务流程和技能，从而使学生能用所学英语开展酒店服务。
