酒店英语实训手册

　　本书依据旅游饭店职业英语等级考试大纲编写，以满足酒店行业从业者对涉外酒店英语学习的需要为目的，精心设计了四个教学情境，使学生在打好语言基础的同时，能提高职业英语的应用能力和应用水平。本书图文并茂、情境真实、语言地道、职业特色鲜明，具有极强的实用性，对于学生和酒店从业人员考取相关证书也有较大的帮助。

　　姜涛，石家庄信息工程职业学院酒店管理学院负责人，教务处督导组副主任，自2009年起负责酒店管理专业英语课程，共教授5个年级近500名学生。2013年以第一完成人身份参加的省级课题《英语教师双师素质的培养与认定标准》，被评为河北省教育厅“第六届教育教学成果奖”三等奖；2013年以第二完成人身份参与河北省教育厅组织的“河北省多媒体课件信息化大赛”，获得课件组三等奖。
