作者简介
戴维·H·罗森布鲁姆(David H. Rosenbloom),美国著名公共行政学家,现任美国大学公共事务学院公共行政杰出教授,美国国家行政研究院院士,兼任公共行政领域十多家知名学术期刊的编委,并曾担任美国行政学会主席和《公共行政评论》主编。罗森布鲁姆教授在公共行政与民主宪政领域著述颇丰,因其在学术上的杰出贡献,1999年获得了美国公共行政学会的德怀特·沃尔多奖,2001年获得美国政治科学学会的约翰·高斯奖及美国国家公共行政研究院的路易斯·布朗洛奖。《公共行政学:管理、政治和法律的途径》一书是其代表作。罗伯特·S·克拉夫丘克(Robert S.
