跨文化交际与沟通

　　《跨文化交际与沟通/高职高专“十二五”规划教材》采用全新的教材编写体例。传统的跨文化沟通教材都是按知识点划分的，注重理论知识的讲述，而这本《跨文化交际与沟通/高职高专“十二五”规划教材》是基于工作过程的项目化教材，以工作过程导向为指导设计内容体系，按项目划分，项目下面有具体工作任务，而且工作任务又以具体跨文化沟通问题的形式提出的。要完成这些工作任务，除了应该掌握跨文化沟通基础知识外，还要求学生必须发挥学习的主动性和积极性，通过对资料的理解和把握，灵活运用知识，完整地解答跨文化沟通的问题。
