中亚大变局与英国的政策应对杜哲元 著1864年中亚地区进入大变局时代，引起大变局爆发的第一推动力是俄国在中亚的大举扩张。由于中亚地区关系到英国最重要的殖民地英属印度的安全，所以英国对中亚大变局给予了非常之关切，与俄国展开战略竞争，以防止俄国通过中亚去破坏英属印度的安全，这是19世纪英俄亚洲“大博弈”的一部分。在这个过程中，英国相继推出消极的“精明无为”政策、积极的“精明无为”政策、适度的“前进”政策、激进的“前进”政策和勉强的“前进”政策，这些政策的中心目标是应对俄国威胁，主要焦点是阿富汗问题。 -

反思全球治理任琳 著本书尝试从安全、权力和制度三个维度探究新兴国家参与全球治理所而临的普遍性和特殊性问题。所谓安全指全球化带来各类具有非传统安伞特性的全球问题，不断刷新着人们旧有的安全观；权力亦随即呈现出规范性权力、技术性权力和制度性权力等更为多元的表现形态；其中最为突出的是从制度维度刻画新兴国家参与全球治理时遇到的问题，例如制度开放性带来集体行动难题，以及制度非中性导致权力不对称。以上述核心概念为基础，结合治理议题领域和治理平台举例，本书力求理解和探讨新兴国家参与全球治理所面临的问题和应对之道（路径）。 -
中亚研究 总第7期杨恕 著《中亚研究》由兰州大学中亚研究所主办，社会科学文献出版社出版，目前为半年刊，国内外公开发行。《中亚研究》主要刊发与中亚、上海合作组织、阿富汗、反恐等问题相关的学术论文，主要涉及外交、安全、政治、经济、历史、文化等问题。 -
