西迁精神不仅是西安交通大学的宝贵精神财富，更是广大知识分子爱国奋斗、无私奉献的光辉写照，与延安精神根脉相连，是中国共产党精神谱系的重要内容。西迁精神已然成为了不同领域、不同战线众多西迁单位、西迁人共同的精神丰碑。为了更好传扬西迁精神，需要将西迁精神研究成果梳理成更完善的学术理论体系，补充西迁精神在学理层面的理论短缺，为进一步传扬西迁精神提供扎实的理论基础、厚实的思想指引、丰富的精神内涵、深刻的时代价值。本书主要涉及西迁精神的历史发展解读、西迁精神与当代精神、西迁精神与校园文化建设、西迁精神的时代价值、西迁精神与交大发展等五大方面，从历史、地域、实践的角度总结近期西迁精神研究的理论成果。

2020年，为了阐明中国主张，宣传中国政策，让世界更好了解中国，中华人民共和国国务院新闻办公室公布了一系列白皮书，主要有《抗击新冠肺炎疫情的中国行动》 （2020年6月）、《新疆的劳动就业保障》（2020年9月）、《中国军队参加联合国维和行动30年》 （2020年9月）、《新时代的中国能源发展》（2020年12月）、《中国交通的可持续发展》（2020年12月）等。将这些白皮书汇编出版，对于广大读者系统了解中国的政策主张，更好地认识中国，有一定的帮助。

本书稿通过纵横两个维度对中国共产党领导下的多党合作和政治协商制度的比较优势进行了全面阐述。横向上，通过对中西历史传统、政治文化的比较，分析了中国新型政党制度形成的历史文化根源的本质特征。纵向上，结合中国共产党从成立到发展壮大的历史演进过程，论述了中国共产党自成立以来，一直承担着社会革命和国家现代化的先锋队、发动机作用，带领其他政党实现国家现代化和民族复兴，所以一党执政、多党参政的新型政党制度是历史形成的，是中国社会必须长期坚持的基本政治制度。

本项目旨在立足于21世纪中国和世界发展的历史高度，对我国1951年以前马克思、恩格斯、列宁等重要著作的中文版本进行收集整理，并作适当的版本、文本考证研究，供广大者特别是致力于深入研究马克思主义经典作家原著的者阅使用。所收文献除原著外，还甄选不同版本的材及报刊摘录等，对于苏联学者的一些相关著作也适当收录，以保证丛书体系的科学性和完整性。

作品是军委政治工作部宣传局抓的选题并组稿，是关于军队抗疫的重点选题。全书共八章，约17万字，较为全面地叙述了军队支援湖北医疗队中陆军军医大学医疗队、海军军医大学医疗队、空军军医大学医疗队三支医疗队奔赴武汉，在火神山医院、泰康同济医院等四个任务点位开展疫情防控阻击战的抗疫故事，通过对一线指挥员、专家、医务人员等各层面人物及其事迹的叙述，塑造了抗疫前线军队白衣天使的英雄群像，展示了军队支援湖北医疗队英勇抗疫的战斗历程和取得的丰硕成果。

本书稿以马克思主义经典作家的论述为根本遵循，系统总结党的十八大以来严肃党内政治生活的实践，在充分占有材料的基础上，提炼出党内政治生活的本质特征、核心要义、根本准绳，总结中共严肃党内政治生活的历史演进、内在规律、基本经验，分析新形势下严肃党内政治生活的深刻背景、问题意识、政治指向、时代特征和制度体系，进而提出加强和规范党内政治生活的理论思考和政策建议，为新时代党的建设伟大实践服务。具体地说，书稿试图从党内政治生活的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑三个角度，探讨这一重大课题。

该书记录中国人民抗击疫情的伟大历程，与国际社会分享中国抗疫的经验做法，主要收录了中国抗击疫情的艰辛历程、防控和救治两个战场协同作战、凝聚抗击疫情的强大力量、共同构建人类卫生健康共同体等内容。
