北京高教保卫学会第十三届学术年会以来，北京高校保卫组织以“平安校园”创建工作为主线，不断健全完善安全稳定工作体系机制，在安全管理科学研究方面也进行了积极探索和创新实践，取得突出的成绩，涌现出一大批优秀学术研究成果。本书选编了2015、2016年立项经结题评审而产生的优秀研究报告7项，以及第十四届学术年会录用的优秀论文39篇。这些成果有理论层面的研究，有工作经验的总结，有难点问题的探索，有实践形成的规范，凝结了北京高校安全稳定战线的智慧与心血。我们相信，本书的出版对高校系统进一步做好高校安全稳定工作、打造更高水平的平安校园将起到积极的促进作用，也必将激励我们持之以恒地组织开展平安校园建设领域的研究和探索，力争产生更多更好的经验成果。
