　　郑秉文，男，现任中国社科院拉丁美洲研究所研究员，博士生导师，学术专长为社会福利、社会保障等，曾在法国做过访问学者，现在近10所大学任兼职教授或客座教授；曾在中国社科院研究生院和欧洲所工作。
