我国济南市与芬兰万达市结好于2001年8月。2002年万达市市长巴亚宁访问济南二中,开启了两市在教育领域卓有成效的合作。济南二中、济钢高中、济南商贸学校、济南市历城区洪家楼小学、济南外国语学校等多所学校与芬兰万达市瓦斯克山高中、索冬契高中、万达瓦利亚职业学院、尤科瓦斯小学等学校结为友好学校。2003年以来,芬兰万达市学校代表团先后11次应邀访问济南,开展艺术、教学、体育交流,在部分友好学校开设了芬兰歌曲、福乐球等选修课程,为济南市教育干部、师生举办教育讲座和学术交流活动10余次。济南市先后派出6个教育代表团访问芬兰万达市,考察学校教育教学管理,参加学术研讨活动,学习借鉴芬兰在课程改革方面的经验和做法。在此过程中,芬兰先进的教育理念和教育方法开始在济南市传播。《芬兰职业教育大观》第一章简要介绍了芬兰的概况,使读者对芬兰有一个总体的印象。第二章、第三章则通过对芬兰经济、历史、文化、社会等基本情况的剖解,向读者呈现了芬兰教育的经济基础、社会条件和历史发展简况。第四章是从总体上介绍芬兰的教育和科研体系,以图使读者对芬兰职业教育的制度基础有更为深人的认识。最后一章,是《芬兰职业教育大观》重点所在,浓墨重彩,条分缕析地梳理了芬兰职业教育的政策基础、体系架构、理念方法等情况。希望通过此书,使芬兰在职业教育方面的先进经验能够为我所用,使我们的职业教育能够更上一个台阶。
