作者简介
许宇恒先生原为香港Revelations Dinning的行政总厨,曾到大陆创业,现和老友Jacky共同管理餐厅,著有《Jacky厨房:自然欧陆风》。在近20年的厨师生涯中,因为实在太喜欢吃甜品,所以一直都深爱甜品和蛋糕的制作。
