作者简介
  艾菲德·罗伯茨(Elfed Roberts),香港大学经济及工商管理学院荣誉副教授,长期从事MBA教学,主讲课程有“商务沟通”和“商业道德”。现同时为复旦大学一香港大学IMBA及多伦多大学EMBA学生上课。拥有30余年在多国的授课经验,对各国文化差异以及由文化差异造成的不同商务环境有着独特的见解。菲利普·布鲁斯(Phillip Bruce),长期从事商务沟通研究,对跨文化沟通有其独到见解。记者出身,后来在政府及其他组织机构负责国际媒体关系工作。曾在航空业、市场营销、酒店业、项目管理、大型活动、零售及社区关系等多个领域担任商务沟通工作。黄智颖,任教于复旦大学管理学院,担任MBA和EMBA项目的共同教师,曾赴美国与香港进修。与美国学者共同发表数篇论文,熟悉中国商务环境,精通中英文,对中外商务沟通的差异有着深刻的理解。
