作者简介
菲利普·C.柯林(Philip C.Kolin),博士,毕业于美国西北大学,现任南密西西比大学英语系教授,同时还是获南密西西比大学人文学科杰出教授殊荣的第一人。在柯林教授近30年的执教生涯中,他主讲过写作、商务和技术写作、文学、戏剧学等课程。柯林教授担任两本重要学术期刊的编辑,同时还是Studies in American Drama《美国戏剧研究》(1945年至今)的创始合编人之一。柯林教授公开出版、发表了近30本著作和200篇学术文章,涉及领域十分广泛,包括写作、戏剧、语言学和民俗学。柯林教授曾在职业写作领域出版专著和发表论文,并组织技术写作专题工作坊。他撰写的《成功商务英语写作》是当代美国最权威、最受欢迎的实用和专业写作教材之一。
