陈新仁，学历：博士。毕业时间/毕业学校：1999.7/广东外语外贸大学。职称职务：教授，博士生导师。研究方向：普通语言学；语用学；外语教学法；英语修辞学。获奖及荣誉称号：1998年被评为江苏省优秀中青年骨干教师。社会兼职：国际语用学会（IPrA）、国际应用语言学协会（IALA）、美国语言学学会（LSA）、江苏省修辞学会（JRS）会员，中国语用学学会（CPrA）副会长。
