人的生命是有限的，真正能用于认认真真学习的时间其实并不多，你总不能用一年的时间去学一本书吧！为减轻你的学习负担，本书设计了最为便于学习的内容架构，你只需一天学一个小时，总共花两个月零六天就可以轻松学完本书的第一遍。1小时1句型训练法：第一步单词点拔先花5分钟时间，将单词录音跟读几遍，大致掌握本课中要用到的新单词。 第二步句型裂变 接下来的8分钟，一口气学完句型裂变中的前5句，两个人练习时可以一人念英文，一人念中文，直到滚瓜烂熟后再学后5句。 第三步模仿改错 练习对话时，最好的办法是老师先请学生扮演角色，并指出学生发音中的错误和不足，然后再听录音，并模仿；每课5个对话大概需要25分钟的时间。 第四步感受句型 请同学上台再次扮演角色，让同学们身临其境，感受句型使用的场合，可以用10分钟的时间来做这个练习。 第五步互动会话 剩下的12分钟，我们要做的是：在课文中找出单词点拨中的新单词，并熟记这些句子；两个人一组，请同学们把句型裂变中前5句没有对话的句子组成对话。
