作者简介
陈学权，1978年生，湖北应城人。2000年9月至2006年7月就读于中国政法大学，获诉讼法学硕士、博士学位，并在司法部法律援助中心刑事法律援助部从事兼职法律援助工作。2006年8月至今任教于对外经济贸易大学法学院，兼职律师。代表性学术专著为《科技证据论》，参加编写《中国刑事诉讼法再修改专家建议稿与论证》等书，另在《法学研究》、《中国法学》等刊物独立发表论文数篇。
