作者简介
王沛(1970年8月-),男,甘肃省天水市人。西北师范大学心理学博士点学科带头人,博士后,博士生导师。中国心理学会会员,甘肃省青联委员,《应用心理学》编委,甘肃省“333”人才工程培养对象,西北师范大学学位委员会委员。曾受聘宁波大学特聘教授暨心理学学科带头人。主要从事社会认知、领导心理学、人力资源开发与人事测评、广告心理学等方面的研究,已在《心理学报》、《心理科学》等国家级学术刊物上发表学术论文近70篇,为人大报刊复印资料·心理学(b4)转载16篇。主持全国教育科学“十五”规划国家青年课题“学生社会认知的一般特点及其发展研究”、“教师工作胜任力模型”等国家、省部级课题近20项。获第九届教育部霍英东基金会高等学校青年教师奖三等奖、甘肃省社会科学三等奖、上海市社会科学三等奖、甘肃省教育教学成果奖等省部级奖励15项,并获西北师范大学优秀教师、西北师范大学“最受欢迎教师”等称号。
