圣经故事（西方文化精粹英汉对照）

　　《圣经》是基督教的经典，在西方社会的发展中，起了无法估量的作用。英文《圣经》又是一部重要的文学著作，在英美等国的文学艺术史上，它的影响之深远，也是任何其他作品无法比拟的。许多伟大的诗人、文豪、艺术家以圣经故事和传说为题材，创造出许多不朽的名作。同时，《圣经》的语言和文体在英语形成过程中也占有极其重要的位置。本书用英汉对照形式选译了一百个圣经故事，其目的就是为了帮助更多的人熟悉西方文化，同时也想通过英汉对照，使有意学习英文的读者，在获取知识的同时提高英语阅读能力。
