本书由黄勤同志在其博士论文的基础上修改而成。它借鉴了翻译研究、批判性话语分析和传播学领域的相关理论,提出一个基于“社会与认知”之上的英语新闻汉译的批判性语篇分析模式,用以辩证地看待意识形态对于新闻翻译过程的影响和作用。该著作选题新颖,是目前翻译研究中较为前沿的课题,有较强的理论意义和实用价值。
作者简介
黄勤,女,(1966-),湖北天门人,英语语言文学博士。华中科技大学外国语学院英语系副教授,硕士研究生导师。从事高校专业英语教学近二十年。研究方向为语篇分析、西方翻译理论、语料库翻译研究。2001年以来,曾在《当代语言学》、《外语教学》、《两安外国语学院学报》、《山东外语教学》等外语类核心期刊和其他正式期刊上发表论文近二十篇。曾于2004年10月-12月间在台湾中正大学人文学院做访问研究,目前主持省级人文社科课题和校级人文社科重点课题各一项,并参与一项国家社科基金课题的建设。
