作者简介
冯祥春，教授。1955年毕业于解放军外国语学院，先后担任江苏省轻工进出口公司部门经理、南京理工大学国际商学院副院长，英语教授、江苏省外语计算机考核委员会英语专家组成员、中国国际贸易学会国际商务英语研究会副主任等职。曾先后发表和出版《外贸英语》、《对外经贸英语选读》、《大学外贸英语》、《外贸英语函电》、《外贸英语函电句型》、《外销员英语词汇手册》、《国际商务英语大词典》（获得2000年国家辞书二等奖），《对外经济贸易手册》等专著15部和论文78篇。
