This code has played a positive role in accelerating the power construction and enhancing the design level and technical standard of ash and slag damming since its promulgation in 1995. As new requirements have come out for the design of ash and slag damming in fossil fuel power plants with the deepening of reforms and technical progress in power industry， this code is to be revised accordingly.

This code is revised by the Northwest Electric Power Design Institute of the China Power Engineering Consulting Group Corporation from the original national standard， GB 50060-1992 Design Code for High Voltage Electrical Installation （3-110 kV）， in response to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Preparation and Rewsion Plan of National Standards for Engineering Construction 2004 （JB） [2004] No. 67） issued by the former Ministry of Construction.During the revision process， the panel has made extensive investigation and research， seriously summarized the experiences gained from implementation of the original code， incorporated the comments from the domestic interests concemed and learned advanced design ideas all over the world. Tlus revision not only retains the applicable articles in the original code but supplements some new articles.

During the revision process， the revision team has undertaken extensive investigations and studies， generalized the experiences from implementation of the code of the former edition and collected comments from interests concemed throughout the country and then reviewed and finalized the draft.

《河南省工程建设标准（DBJ 41/T126-2013·备案号 J12406-2013）：发泡陶瓷保温板保温系统应用技术规程》根据国家有关标准的要求，结合发泡陶瓷保温板保温系统的性能和技术特征，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，通过反复讨论、修改和完善，经河南省住房和城乡建设厅组织有关专家评审通过后，报住房和城乡建设部备案，由河南省住房和城乡建设厅批准并发布实施。
